Rona Fisher Jewelry Design Return Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
Any item pictured on our web site is considered a part of our line and can be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
You may request a refund or an exchange.
Your purchase can be exchanged for another item, the same item in a different size or with a different stone or for repair. Once it's received, your refund or new item will be processed after review by our Quality Control department. Items that have been engraved, altered, resized, or seem worn or damaged in any way can not be accepted for return.
We cannot offer a refund for custom made pieces- due to the fact that we have gained your approval of the design before making it. (see custom work) We will however make every effort to correct anything you don't like about your custom piece- including re-making it entirely one time if that's what is needed.
Before sending us anything please call or email and let us know so that we will expect the package- and be able to advise you of any special insurance you may need in the case of your sending your stones to us to use.
Re-package your item in the original box, (including a cpoy of an appraisal and diamond certificate, if appropriate), wrap and mail to us at our address on our Contact Us page.
Write a short note explaining the problem so that we may correct it if possible.
Don't forget to include your name, address, phone and email information so that we may contact you.
Please write only Rona Fisher Design on the box. Do not write the word Jewelry. Our UPS and Fed EX drivers know us and will take care of your package.
Please insure your package for its full retail value.
Send only through UPS or FedEx as the Postal Service in Philadelphia is not as reliable.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments - your shipper is responsible. We will be glad to help you deal with UPS or Fed Ex in the event that your jewelry is lost or damaged before arrival here. We cannot know if your package was lost if we are not expecting it – so don't forget to call or email first!
