Custom Work

Custom work is always available at our studio. We can design a setting for your own stones, or design a piece for you and provide you with the stones. Or you may want to have us set your stones in one of our existing designs. The possibilities are endless.

We start by talking about what you have in mind and about how much you'd like to spend. We might ask you to provide a rough sketch. If you can come to Philadelphia to discuss your custom piece in person, that is wonderful. However, we have done many, many custom jobs without ever meeting the customer face to face! Much can be done via phone, fax, mail, and email.

Once we have an idea of what you want, we request a design fee of $150, which will be applied to your final price. We will then design your piece on the computer and send you an initial rendering of it. If that picture meets your needs, we will continue to work on the design and then send you an upgraded rendering, which will include up to 4 views of the piece. If you want us to make some changes, we can do so at this point. When the design is finalized, we will give you an estimate and request a deposit of 50%.

Custom work can take up to 10 weeks. Once the piece is complete, we will call you to discuss your final payment.
